Looking forward for practitioners who have in-depth knowledge of subscription management and Zuora billing operations.

Manage end-to-end billing operations using Zuora, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and invoice generation.

Strong understanding of Zuora product catalog, rate plans, usage-based billing, amendments, and workflow automation to align with business requirements.

Develop and maintain billing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for finance and business teams.

Ensure billing processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry regulations (e.g., ASC 606, SOX)

Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other enterprise systems via APIs or middleware (Boomi, Workato etc.)
