Zscaler Proxy

Role Overview

The Zscaler Proxy SME will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure web
gateway solutions using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). This role
requires deep expertise in proxy technologies, network security, and cloud-based security platforms
to ensure seamless and secure connectivity across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
Architect and deploy Zscaler proxy solutions (ZIA/ZPA) for enterprise environments.
Integrate Zscaler with existing network and security infrastructure.

Operations & Support
Act as escalation point for complex proxy/security issues.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Zscaler services.
Perform change management and configuration updates.
