About the Role
As an FA Zscaler Administrator you will be responsible for the configuration, operation, and improvement of the FA Zscaler platform, Zscaler products include ZIA, ZPA and ZDX. This role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performance access to the internet and private applications while supporting zero trust networking principles across the organization.
The administrator will work closely with Networking, Security, Identity, and End-User Computing teams to implement policies, troubleshoot issues, and support business and security objectives.
Responsibilities:
Zscaler PlatformMaintain operational health of the FA Zscaler platform, identifying KPI’s for monitoring, capacity planning and ensuring efficient usage of the platform Create and maintain documentation in a globalized and dynamic environment, including operating procedures for repetitive task completion.
