Blu Sky VA LLC is seeking a confident, tech-savvy, and personable Zoom Host to manage and facilitate smooth virtual meetings, training sessions, and online events. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless experience for both presenters and attendees, handle technical issues promptly, and maintain a professional yet welcoming online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and monitor Zoom meetings and webinars
• Admit participants, manage waiting rooms, mute/unmute participants, and spotlight speakers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues before and during sessions
• Assist presenters with screen sharing, breakout rooms, polls, and recordings
• Monitor chat, Q&A, and participant interactions to ensure engagement and compliance
