Role Description

Zone Manager – Paradise, NL. The Zone Manager holds responsibility for the store business in the zone. Working collaboratively with the Regional Director, the Zone Manager plays a key leadership role in the organization’s continuous improvement of store performance, and in creating diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplaces where team members can thrive. This position has a strong focus on multi-store operations, financial management and leading organizational initiatives. Through modelling effective leadership behaviours, the Zone Manager sets the standard for performance excellence in the zone with a focus on safety and Kal Tire Way operational behaviours that drive our competitive advantage in the marketplace.
