About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Manager to lead the migration of our jewelry company's operations to Zoho , including inventory, customer management, sales, invoices, and integrations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing and optimizing the system post-migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
- Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
- Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
- Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications .
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
