Employer Description Catering/Food Manufacturing Company Job Description Our client is actively seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee logistics and fleet operations for a fast-paced catering & food manufacturing company. This role requires strong leadership, excellent route planning skills and the ability to thrive under high-pressure delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate a fleet of 7 vehicles and drivers. Plan, optimize and monitor delivery routes to ensure timely distribution across Johannesburg and Pretoria. Anticipate demand and arrange for additional vehicles when required. Communicate effectively with chefs, clients and internal divisions to ensure smooth operations. Enforce strict compliance with delivery and collection paperwork. Supervise and support a 2IC (second-in-command) to ensure continuity of operations.
