What you can expectAs a ZCX Sales Specialist, you’ll accelerate adoption and growth of Zoom Contact Center (CCaaS), Zoom Virtual Agent and Zoom Workforce Engagement Management solutions through Zoom’s partner ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with regional account teams and partners to identify, qualify and close contact center opportunities—helping customers reimagine their customer experience through Zoom’s unified, AI-driven ZCX platform.
