Youth Worker for HOPE Program

Make a difference as a Youth Worker with 360kids' HOPE Program, supporting at-risk youth. This role focuses on crisis intervention, mentoring, and facilitating life skills development for youth overcoming exploitation.
As a key player in 360kids' HOPE Program, you will provide individualized support to young individuals impacted by sexual exploitation. This includes coordinating life skills sessions, delivering trauma-informed counselling, and acting as a positive role model. Your efforts aim to empower these youths toward stability and independence in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments and goal setting for youth
• Facilitate life skills sessions and provide ongoing support
• Deliver counselling using a trauma informed approach
• Respond to emergencies and document outcomes
• Advocate for youth’s needs with community services
