About the Role
Our Quest:
Hello! We’re The Y WA
We’re part of a global brand, but here in WA we’re your
local not-for-profit, passionate about empowering young people. It
might sound like a big claim, but it’s what we do every day.
Just ask the amazing young people who come to our services across
WA. Many of them will tell you about The Base in
Belmont — our youth centre for 11–25 year olds that
runs activities, workshops, and programs to support and connect
them.
Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Youth Worker
to join the team at The Base until June
30th, 2027 (with the possibility of extending). Maybe
you’re ready to step up into a more leading role in the
youth/community/social services space, or you love designing
engaging programs alongside young people.
