Responsibilities and Tasks
Program/Project management
Ensure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Yield are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets. 
Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan.
Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting 
Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups.
