This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the yard is established correctly from day one, including layout planning, traffic flow, storage strategy, equipment organization, safety compliance, and cross-division coordination.In the interim phase, the Yard Manager will play a major role in transitioning operations out of our existing yard(s), including consolidating inventory and equipment, supporting the close-out of old yard locations, and streamlining our yard management into one efficient hub.
