Senior Site Manager / Project Manager (1 NEW BUILD OR 1 REFURBISHMENT)

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Senior Site Managers to be based in London for a leading main contractor specialising in both New Build and Refurbishment projects. The Senior Site Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for delivering one of 2 projects:

• £13 million New Build Commercial Office
• £6 million Complex Cut and Carve Grade 2 Listed Building

You will have overall responsibility for sub-contractors and be responsible for the co‑ordination of all health and safety. The ideal Site Manager will have a background of working for a Main Contractor, Fit‑Out or Refurbishment contractor.
