- Administrative and operational matters of Almoayed Wilhelmsen Ltd. W.L.L Export.
- Airfreight departments sales and marketing activities of agency services.
- Prepare Airwaybills as per IATA regulations.
- Co-ordinate with Transport department for cargo delivery.
- Send pre-alerts.
- Prepare Checklist & Export invoices.
- Prepare airline sales reports and arrange airline settlements.
- Electronic filing.
- Any other responsibility as per management requirements.
- Invoicing.
