Overview
Position: Workshop Supervisor
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum
Overtime: Available & Optional
Location: Worcester
We are currently looking for a Workshop Chargehand / Workshop Supervisor to join our client's dedicated Engineering team in their commitment in providing a high standard of service output for their customers.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
- Car Driving licence
- Supervisory/Managerial Experience within the HGV/PSV industry (non-negotiable)
Main Duties
- General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles
- Cope with the day-to-day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings
- Daily management of the engineering function
- Ensuring the fleet of buses are maintained to DVSA standard
- Achieving maximum vehicle availability & continually improving standards
