Workshop Supervisor (Mérida)

As an international EPC contractor specialized in delivering complex projects for the integral energy sector, we are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team.
In this role, you will manage the Project/Country workshop facilities and related resources, guaranteeing an efficient maintenance and repair service for the company's fleet of heavy machinery and mobile plant.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop & Operations Management: Plan, schedule, and allocate day-to-day maintenance and repair jobs within the workshop and across project sites (including remote areas/right of way).
Fleet Maintenance: Supervise and execute all levels of servicing, troubleshooting (mechanical and electronic), and repairs on earth-moving equipment, lifting equipment, trucks, and specific Oil & Gas machinery (e.g., pipelayers, bending machines).
