Job Summary
Workshop Engineer Location: Weymouth Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain engines and associated equipment
- Diagnose faults on diesel engines and associated electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance such as regular engine servicing as per manufacturers maintenance schedules
- Produce accurate reports on dispatched and returned equipment
- Carry out Pre‑Delivery Tests & Inspections to the highest standard
- Identify and plan works in a methodical manner to meet equipment dispatch targets
- Ensure a pro‑active health and safety culture is adhered to and maintained
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to drive
- A relevant qualification in the Mechanical or Electrical field or relevant experience
