Workshop Controller & Quality Controller

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Workshop Controller & Quality Controller to lead our workshop operations and ensure every vehicle meets our rigorous safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for the entire repair lifecycle—from allocating work to technicians to the final quality sign-off and road test.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

* Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

* Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Workshop Controller & Quality Controller Key Responsibilities:

* Workflow Management: Optimise workshop productivity by allocating jobs based on technician skill sets and ensuring all repairs are completed within agreed timescales.
