This role involves heavy steel fabrication, welding, and assembly of large components for mining, civil, and industrial equipment. You will work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work.

To be successful for this position, you will have the following skill set:

About the Role:

• Heavy fabrication of structural steel and plate work
• MIG / Flux Core welding (TIG/Stick advantageous)
• Reading and interpreting engineering & fabrication drawings
• Assembly and welding of large components
• Use of overhead cranes, forklifts, and workshop equipment
• Cutting, gouging, and preparation of materials
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards
