Workshop Assistant

Reporting into the Service Team Leader, the new Workshop Assistant will be based at our Balcatta office in Perth, WA, and commence initially as a fixed-term, full-time employee immediately and work through to at least December 2026. You will support a key Government with your well-developed customer service, administration, and logistics coordination skills to keep critical safety equipment maintained and ready for WA’s emergency services. 

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: 

• Coordinate and schedule service jobs for a key Government customer; 
• Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong relationships; 
• Manage inventory control, receiving and dispatching equipment;
