As a CBRE WorkPlace Exp Coord, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs. This includes making reservations, scheduling transportation services, and providing recommendations on local attractions.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world‑class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and directs internal and external calls, maintaining a daily report.
- Greets clients and visitors, following security procedures and the Internal Front Desk Manual.
- Reserves meeting rooms through Outlook, including any special meeting requests.
- Supports messaging and gift registration according to policy.
- Maintains daily reports on activities related to their duties and monitors their status.
