About the Role
Scope of Work
To direct outreach strategies, cultivate relationships with business and industry, identify training needs, guide curricula, coordinate course delivery and all program activities for non-credit trades programs at Manchester Community College (MCC). The position reports to the MCC Workforce Development Director.
Accountabilities
- Coordinates non-credit professional development courses and customized training programs across multiple industries/trades, for example manufacturing, construction/carpentry, HVAC, welding, automotive, or IT, among others that may be identified.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates curricula in accordance with standards set forth by business and industry partners, accrediting or professional agencies, maintains and updates course/program documents.
