About the Role

As Workforce Strategy Manager, you will design and deliver enterprise SWP, integrating people, financial and strategic data to identify risks, model scenarios and define targeted interventions. This role combines strategic influence with analytical depth, operating across broad stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise SWP, including scenario modelling, supply–demand analysis and intervention planning aligned to strategy
• Integrate workforce, financial and business data to inform enterprise trade-offs and investment decisions
• Deliver clear, compelling insights and artefacts to help help ou workforce of the future.
