Workforce Software Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant – ACT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Software, particularly the ACT module, and will play a key role in leading end-to-end implementations, configurations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ACT module implementations within Workforce Software.
• Perform system configuration, architecture design, and interface management.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization of Workforce Software.
