About the Role
The Workforce Planning Analyst independently executes forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and performance management activities for the EMEA Customer Success organization. This role ensures that staffing models and schedules align with EMEA’s operational demands while supporting digital enablement, WFM software administration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance excellence.
- Own short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting models and provide scenario planning analysis.
- Build schedules and staffing plans aligned to demand patterns, operational targets, and AOP commitments.
- Manage Alvaria WFM software administration including schedule creation, preferences, and exception governance.
- Conduct capacity planning and provide recommendations to meet SLA and productivity targets.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, BI, CRM/CMS, and SD&T to support HC modeling, hiring plans, and volume growth strategies.
