Responsibilities

• Ensure strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication, while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee WFM tasks and strategies, including forecasting and capacity planning, scheduling, and real‑time monitoring.
• Interface with leaders to understand fast‑changing business needs and make updates where necessary.
• Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team.
• Coordinate with third‑party partners on headcount requirements and monitor agency performance and compliance.
