Qualification:
- This role is for Business Consultant. He/She will be responsible for project management therefore it is important for the candidate to have in depth understanding of the WFM tools and project management experience.
- Should have minimum 5 and maximum 9 years of experience in WFM role where the applicant has worked for all stages of WFM (Forecasting, capacity plan, roster & schedule)
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with a wide selection of WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX etc. and databases.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Should be confident and excellent in communication both written and verbal
- Should be willing to work in an individual contributor role
