Purpose:
To plan and allocate and utilize workforce resources effectively, in order to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation that align with operational needs and enhancing efficiency and productivity , and the overall performance of the workforce.
Key Accountability Areas:
Workforce Management
Execute workforce planning strategies to ensure that the right number of employees with the right skills are available to meet operational requirements.
Oversee staff scheduling to ensure that shifts are appropriately staffed to meet demand while managing labor costs effectively.
Define, track, and report on workforce management key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess staffing efficiency and performance.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
