We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Workforce Management Advisor, for Full Time opportunity based out of our Balcatta, WA office.
As Workforce Management Advisor, you’ll:
- Maintain and enhance workforce management processes to align with Hours Management principles.
- Ensure pay-related business processes are fit-for-purpose and streamlined.
- Act as a key liaison between Payroll, Operations, and Finance to troubleshoot WFM issues and support system/process reviews.
- Align system designs and processes with agreed operational parameters.
