Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, transport coordination and logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Logistics Management Systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by operations
Job Description
- Monitor daily dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely fulfillment of delivery or service requirements.
- Assign drivers and trucks based on routes, and operational priorities.
- Track and update dispatch status in real time, resolving delays or route issues proactively
