Workday LMS Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct eLearning sessions for employees and leaders via Workday LMS, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify training needs and design learning programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain instructional materials, facilitator guides, and eLearning modules, integrating gamification and interactive techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and data analytics.
• Mentor and coach other trainers or facilitators, providing guidance on best practices in training delivery and instructional design.
• Manage LMS operations including user management, course creation, enrollments, and reporting.
