About the Role
Candidate should have
•able to work closely with Customer/Vendor to gather requirements & provide solutions.
•able to Drive Discovery, Design, Architect, SIT/UAT phases.
•Ability to Possess good Domain skills with HCM, preferably from Workday Or any other ERPs like SAP or PeopleSoft.
• ability to perform as an independent contributor As well as Lead a Team.
•Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT
•strong communication skills, technical verbal skills
• ability to possess good interpersonal & soft skills.
•Expertise working with CCW/EIB/Payroll Interfaces/Studio.
