The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced Workday Implementation Specialist to support their growing team. This role is part of a remote team environment and will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Workday implementation initiatives within a payroll-focused environment
Manage payroll processing workflows within Workday
Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to support internal stakeholders
Configure and manage time off plans and system security setup
Handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Ensure high responsiveness and timely completion of assigned tasks
Candidate Profile
Required
5–10+ years of experience in Workday implementation
Certified Workday Implementor (required)
Knowledge of Workday Benefits
