Workday HCM Support

Role Description
UST Global is looking for a highly collaborative Workday HCM Support with experience as a module lead and key business partner with various functions of the HCM modules. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, Workday Integrations, and Workday Reports. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with customers, SMEs, and technical teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years' project experience with either Workday HCM or PeopleSoft HCM (production support and/or development), or 8 total years of experience in Workday HCM and PeopleSoft HCM
Experience in Workday Security, Workday Integration, Workday Reports, XSLT / JavaScript scripting, Workday Studio (highly preferred)
Preferably with experience in PeopleSoft Payroll for North America module
Open to 24/7 support shifts
