Workday Configuration Specialist

TP is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Workday Configuration Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding and Core HCM.
This role will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of
Workday Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM
solutions, reporting and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.

This position will be part of the Digital Employee Experience team and report to the Functional Product owner of Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM Modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Workday Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM modules to meet business requirements.
