About the Role

Key Requirements:
- Scope for extension and permanent placement)
- Deep hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuring compensation plans, grades, packages, budget pools, eligibility rules, and proration.
- Strong understanding of compensation review cycles, merit, bonus, stock, and allowance programs.
- Proven ability to support end-to-end annual compensation processes, troubleshoot business processes, and create calculated fields, reports, and dashboards for HR and leadership.
- Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, data loads, and advanced reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and compliant compensation management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, and business leaders.
