WorkBC Client Advisor - Job Developer

Join Beacon Community Services as a Client Advisor – Job Developer, where you will support WorkBC clients who require individualized and intensive assistance to achieve sustainable employment. In this role, you will work directly with job seekers and employers to identify, create, and customize employment opportunities that align with client strengths and employer needs. Through employer engagement, negotiation, and ongoing workplace support, you will help clients achieve meaningful labour market attachment. Days/Hours of Work: 4 days a week 8:30am to 4:30 pm (30 hours per week)
