Specific Responsibilities
- Processing and filing a variety of paperwork;
- Maintains inventory and orders office supplies;
- Maintains close liaison with supervisors and other lab staff to ensure the smooth delivery of our services to clients;
- Responsible for proper and timely follow-up of client enquiries or requests;
- Ensures that work-order write ups are checked and entered accurately and in a timely manner;
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities;
- Enters data and maintains entry requirements by following data program procedures. Reviews output to test for accuracy;
- Follow up on “On Hold” work orders;
- Assists with editing or creating CPT’s as required;
- Ensures that ALS Group analytical codes and procedures are being followed;
