Work in Progress (WIP) Controller

Role Purpose: To track, control, and reconcile work-in-progress materials across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and track movement of socks between departments i.e., Production-WIP Linking-Checking-Plating-Trimming-Labelling-Packing. - Conduct daily socks counts and maintain accurate WIP records. - Reconcile issued, processed, and returned quantities. - Report variances and delays. - Coordinate with production and stores teams. Requirements Core Competencies: - Strong numeracy and literacy skills. - High attention to detail. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Strong reconciliation skills. - Organized and proactive.
Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience as a Powder Coating Operator or in a similar manufacturing/finishing role. Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and quality standards.
