Were looking for a driven, student-focused Work Experience Coach to join the team at Peterborough College and Stamford College (part of Inspire Education Group ). This is not a back-office admin role. Its high impact, highly visible, and central to student success. The Work Experience Coach will work directly with 1619-year-olds, coaching them to secure meaningful industry placements, build confidence, and translate real workplace experience into career-ready skills. Once theyre on placement, youre their mentor, compliance champion, and progress driver ensuring every hour counts and every success is evidenced. We currently have a variety of contracts within the team, offering up to full-time hours on both a term-time only and all-year-round basis, offering flexibility where needed.
