- Plugin, theme and core updates
- Security optimizations
- Performance optimizations
- Down or broken sites
- Talking with hosting support teams
- Handling clients concerns or complaints
Requirements
- Clear, friendly, error‑free written English communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Critical thinking and creative problem‑solving skills
- At least 2 years of professional experience with WordPress websites
