• 7 - 10+ years in WordPress engineering/architecture with 2–4+ years on WordPress VIP at enterprise scale (multi‑brand, multi‑market).
• Proven pharma/biopharma experience (global brands, compliance‑aware content operations, governance, and auditability).
• Expertise in taxonomy & tagging design (content models, controlled vocabularies, metadata strategies) driving personalization and analytics.
• Hands‑on SFMC + MCP integration experience from the web side (event collection, identity mapping, catalog feeds, decisioning hooks; comfort collaborating with SFMC teams).
• Strong skills across PHP, modern WordPress (Gutenberg/blocks), REST/GraphQL, and front‑end (HTML/CSS/JS) with CI/CD pipelines.
• Analytics & tagging proficiency (GA/GA4, tag managers, consent frameworks) and familiarity with privacy/cookie controls in regulated markets....
