Wireless Site Engineer

Description:

• Establish parameter baseline for 4G and 5G networks.
• Audit of Vendor-Proposed Changes: review and audit of all proposed changes. Ability to assess and validate their efficacy and alignment with network performance requirements.
• Feature activation and optimization: ability to create and provision activation scripts for RAN features (mass rollout).
• Change impact assessment: Analyze proposed changes for their potential to improve or degrade network performance
• Perform RF propagation analysis, traffic analysis, capacity planning and QoS optimization.
• Create reports and dashboards to track network performance and show network optimization outcomes.

Qualification:

• Candidate must be an Engineering graduate
• Must have experience with OSS: ability to extract, parse and analyze PM Data from OSS NBIs or other interfaces.
