Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server (WinTel) and Linux environments

Monitor system performance, availability, and security

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers

Manage user access control and system permissions

Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network-related issues

Support patch management, upgrades, and backup activities

Collaborate with network, security, and application teams
