We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Winery Order & Fulfillment Coordinator to execute the daily operations of our wholesale sales department including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support. This is a key role bridging warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently while keeping the team informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing and fulfillment for both winery & brewery
- Generate invoices using Sage Accounting software
