About the Role

Location:

Saudi Arabia, Khobar
Education:

Microsoft Certified Engineer / Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred)

Experience:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows Servers

Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019 and 2022 

 Administer and support Windows 11 workstations 

 Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance 

 Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and security 

 Troubleshoot server, workstation, and network-related issues 

 Work with IP networking concepts, including VLANs 

 Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and end users
