About the Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Windows Server Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise server environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) environments
Manage and support VMware ESX, vCenter, and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
Handle incidents, service requests, and system alerts in a timely manner
Coordinate with hardware vendors/principals to ensure firmware and system updates are up to date
Administer Microsoft Clustering and ensure high availability configurations
Manage antivirus deployment, updates, and issue resolution
Configure and support DHCP, DNS, and WSUS environments
Perform Windows Server provisioning, patch management (BA/VA, MS Patches), and firmware upgrades
Troubleshoot advanced OS-level and server-related issues
Manage disk administration tasks including partitions, shares, and disk quotas
