Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education.
• Proven successful teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Elementary curriculum.
• Ability to design and implement Individual Program Plans.
• Ability to create a classroom characterized by inclusion, equity and differentiated instruction.
• Ability to support and meet the needs of FNMI and ELL students in the classroom.
• Experience establishing strong positive connections with students outside the classroom (e.g., clubs and teams).
• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Adaptable and willing to adapt; open to new programs and initiatives.
