We're seeking a mature and experienced Human Resources Manager to build and sustain a strong, connected, and high-performing team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping our people strategy, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring our teams feel supported, heard, and set up to succeed.
You'll work closely with leadership and frontline teams to create clear people processes, foster trust, and proactively address engagement, performance, and retention needs as the organization grows.
Schedule: 8-hour workday within operational hours of 8:00 AM–10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
