About the role

As a Wellness Program Consultant at CRP45 REGEN Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing holistic wellness programs for our clients in the aged and disability support sector. Based in our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur office, this full-time position will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create tailored solutions that enhance the wellbeing of our elderly and disabled clients.

What you'll be doing

• Guide clients through a structured health and wellness programme, ensuring full understanding and adherence to all guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor and track clients' progress regularly using structured tools and reporting systems.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one reviews to evaluate progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments.
